To offer the best care for your child we believe it is vital to employ the very best staff. At The Willows Day Nursery (March) it is our aim that all our staff remain fresh and engaged with all children within our care.

When selecting staff, we look carefully at our team as a whole to ensure we maintain a good balance of skills, qualifications, experience and specialisms. All our qualified staff possess a Certificate of Education, NVQ3 or an equivalent qualification such as a BTEC National Diploma. All our staff hold current certificates in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding and will have the opportunity and be encouraged to take up training that is relevant to their development as nursery professionals.

At The Willows Day Nursery (March) we adhere to the adult to child ratios as outlined in The Early Years Foundation Stage at all times.

Hayley has numerous roles and responsibilities at The Willows Day Nursery (March) with 15 years’ experience working within Early Years. Hayley has an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and is currently working towards both her Early Years Foundation Degree and NVQ Level 5 in Management.
